- For a booking sheet or intake photograph, follow the home-page records-request steps. Ask for the sheet and photo separately. The Sheriff's Office emails for fee authorization when a charge applies.
- For current custody, bail, charges, or a case number attached to the jail entry, use the official current roster and call the jail at 620-364-3199. The web roster does not display detainee photos.
- For someone reported released during the preceding 48 hours, use the sheriff's release view described in the recent custody guide. Coffey County does not publish a complete new-arrests log.
- For a live warrant question or court status, read the Most Wanted Fugitives and warrant guide. No Coffey County public warrant portal was found, so use published official numbers.
- For a filed charge, amendment, dismissal, plea, verdict, or sentence, use Kansas District Court Records or contact the Coffey County District Court. A booking allegation is not a final disposition.
